Liquid level is measured in automatic transmission at the heated-up engine and transmission. For warming up of the power unit up to the necessary temperature you can make short (15 kilometers) a trip.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Place the car on a horizontal surface, cock the parking brake. For reliable fixing of the car enclose under prop wheels.
2. Start the engine and leave to work at single turns. Press a pedal of a foot brake and accurately move the selector from situation "P" to situation "1", then back in "Р". Make sure of lack of signs of development of external leakages of ATF.
3. The probe of measurement of level of liquid is located in a back part of transmission. Before taking the probe, carefully wipe a case surface around it, - hit of dirt in a box is inadmissible.
4. Open the blocking lever 6a (models to 09.93 g of the issue).
5. Press a core (6b) (models from 10.93 g of the issue) sideways in the direction of an arrow, remove both parts and the blocking lever (6a).
6. Take the index of level of liquid 6. Wipe it with a dry rag.
7. Insert the index against the stop, again take it and check liquid level. On the cold transmission (about 30 °C) the ATF level has to be between the marks "MIN" / "30" and "MAX" / "80". On the heated-up transmission (about 80 °C) level has to be on the mark "MAX" / "80".

If you measure level at the cold power unit, the received result will be lower than real. Surely check level on the heated-up engine as excess of the maximum admissible level of liquid can lead to a box exit out of operation. Addition of liquid is carried out through the directing tube of the measuring probe. Do not allow hit of dirt in AT case. Add only fresh liquid and only through a funnel (it is desirable, equipped with the filter).

8. Add liquid in the small portions, constantly checking level.
9. After you restored liquid level in a box, return the probe into place and kill the engine.
10. If you have to add often liquid in a box, it means that somewhere there is a leak. Immediately eliminate it.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Install the gear shifting selector lever in situation "P" and tighten the lever of the drive of the parking brake.
2. Turn off a drain stopper (1) on the pallet and a drain stopper (2) on the hydrotransformer. Removal of liquid has to be made only on heated-up transmission.
3. Remove the pallet (3) and an oil filter (5).
4. Insert a funnel 050 into an opening of the directing tube of the measuring probe. Fill in 4 l of fresh ATF in transmission.
5. Start the engine and establish idling turns at the gear shifting selector lever in situation "P".
6. Serially switch the AT selector lever to provisions R-N-D-N-R, detaining him in each situation several seconds.
7. Check and adjust liquid level.
